Kabul (BNA) People cooperation with government and security organs is the only way for solving current problems in capital Kabul city.

Insecurity, increasing armed robberies, increasing narcotic drug addicts, selling and buying narcotic drugs, harassment of women on the roads, increasing irresponsible armed men, continuing usurpation of lands and etc… has increased concerns among residents of Kabul city.
Conducting criminal cases cannot be accidental, but Kabul city as capital of Afghanistan is in focus of activities of different groups, the city is the witnesses of activities of terrorist groups, mafia bands and criminal gangs, the bands and groups has increased insecurity and criminal cases in capital Kabul and also trying to reach to their evil goals by carrying different illegal programs in various parts of the city.
What has done the government against criminal gangs and dangerous bands?
The main sources of criminal gangs and terrorists and destructive groups are not hidden from the government’s viewpoint, but fighting against the gangs and groups is the top priority of the government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
People cooperation regarding identifying the members of the bands and groups help government and security organs to detain and demolish them.
Since ago, government have launches a program under the title of “National Dialogue” with tribal elders and residents of Kabul to settle the current problems.

Kabul (BNA) Peace is an essential need for people of Afghanistan, but reaching to peace as a national desire of Afghans seems difficult so far.
BNA analyst commenting on the issue writes, considering the recent issues discussed in US-Taliban negotiation in Doha, need to peace and its importance to social, economic and political fields understandable in different dimensions, but demands and requests are given to specified groups by others complicated the peace process.
There is no need to deep scrutiny about peace negotiation, because, internal and external politicians frequently expressed that the groups are involving in Afghanistan dilemma dependent on countries of the region and beyond, the groups are playing political role of the countries and doing what ordered by intelligences of the countries.
If our understanding of peace is social welfare and development, if our understanding of peace is ending the killing in the country, if our understanding of peace is stable and reliable future, if the discussion is obeying the will of millions of people in Afghanistan, so reaching the peace is not difficult.
Afghans considering compatibility, mutual understanding and political wisdom should be start intra-Afghan peace negotiations aiming to end violence, war, poverty and hundreds other tragedies in the country.
In this case, the independence of action is taken from others and finally, Afghans will accept that ending of the conflicts and several decades’ disputes in Afghanistan is belong to themselves.
Otherwise, history will judge and future generations will send curse to those who have sacrificed national interests for interests of others.

China’s new confirmed infections from the coronavirus outbreak increased by a daily record, up by 2,590 cases on Saturday to top 14,000, as the quickly growing epidemic prompted global travel restrictions and evacuations.
The death toll from the coronavirus outbreak in China had reached 304 as of the end of Saturday, state broadcaster CCTV said on Sunday, citing the country’s National Health Commission.
Coronavirus not only a social and health threat for people and government of China, but as a serious threat quickly growing in other world countries, so, World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a global health emergency last week.
The decision to sound the top-level alarm was made after the first confirmed cases of transmission between people outside China.

Kabul (BNA) Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) John Sopko claimed that without foreign aids Afghanistan will collapsed, but Afghanistan presidential palace rejected the claim of Mr. Sopko.
BNA analyst commenting on the issue writes, Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstructed has released several reports about Afghanistan within the last week.
The reports released, while US-Taliban negotiation ongoing in Doha, the process is ambiguous from the perspective of most residents of Afghanistan and considered as a deal.
While, US-Taliban negotiation ongoing in Doha and most people of Afghanistan do not believe on the process, Special Inspection General for Afghanistan Reconstructed released several frustrated reports about Afghanistan in the last days.
In a report released by SIGAR stated, “After peace agreement, joining 80000 Taliban fighters with their families will be an expensive process, while economic of the country is less and challenges increasing and this is government duty that ensure citizens’ rights to Taliban fighters after peace agreement.”
In other report, SIGAR called troublesome and tough peace agreement in Afghanistan and currently, military situation is facing a deadlock in the country.
John Sopko in another report said; “Taliban is not a unit organization, ISIS and other terrorists group are operating beside Taliban in Afghanistan and even if peace deal is done, for reaching to Taliban and other irresponsible armed groups the country will needed to a strong security forces.”
Also, SIGAR in another report refers to increasing corruption in military organs in Afghanistan.
The reports released in a time, when residents of Afghanistan seriously pursuing political development in the country.
Afghanistan is moving along with international community within the last 18 years and if aids or facilities spent under the title of Afghanistan construction, most of the aids assessed and monitored by donors, even Afghan government had not supervision to the aids.
There is no doubt about security situations and abilities of Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, they bravely defend from Afghanistan’s soil after thousands foreign troops withdrawal and members of World Coalition leave the country in 2014.
Afghan National Defense and Security Forces with less facilities courageously are fighting against different terrorist groups and have big achievements within the last years.
If we talk about administrative corruptions in Afghanistan’s security organs, commanders of foreign troops in logistic and other parts of the organs come to our mind, they themselves handed over contracts to contractors.
About John Sopko’s remarks that said; “Afghan government will collapsed if foreign aids cut-off,” the answer of Afghanistan presidential palace is clear that the remarks is a hypothesis and not close to the truth.
Therefore, it’s better that Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction instead of launching psychological war against people of Afghanistan, think about understanding the reality and doesn’t blame Afghans to US costly war.
